Shipping & Returns
We know shopping online can be tricky, sometimes sizing isn’t quite right. At Sensuala we promise to work with you to find the right outcome.
See below for all the info you’ll need to organise your return.
- Return purchases are eligible for Sensuala credit or exchange only.
- Return or exchange must be initiated within 5 business days of delivery.
- Email firstname.lastname@example.org to initiate and let us know the reasons for the return
- Garment must be in original condition with Sensuala tags attached
- Due to hygiene practices, knickers are not eligible for return or exchange
- Bra returns eligible for Melbourne Metro return only
- Due to the Covid-19 pandemic, no international shipping is available at this time.
- No refund available of knickers due to hygiene practices
- Full refund of bras and activewear available to Melbourne Metro clients
- Bras shape and integrity will be inspected and original tags must be attached.

At Sensuala we want you to enjoy your purchase as soon as you possibly can. That’s why we offer free delivery to Melbourne Metro clients situated within a 7km radius of the CDB (if order is made via our Instagram and/or Facebook pages). DM us via Instagram @sensuala_aus if you’re not sure about your location.
Outside of Melbourne Metro and Australia wide, we’ve got a simple delivery charge. See below our shipping costs:
